A LITTLE GUIDANCE FOR YOUR WORLD

SOLKEEP Keyless, explained.

Straight answers about account access, your assets and the difference between our wallets. Explore the self-custody wallet if you prefer to hold your own keys.

What is SOLKEEP Keyless?

SOLKEEP Keyless is a custodial Solana wallet with account sign-in. You can explore a 3D world, view assets, send and receive supported assets, swap tokens and schedule payments.

How is Keyless different from SOLKEEP?

Keyless uses account sign-in and SOLKEEP holds your encrypted wallet key. The main SOLKEEP wallet is self-custody: your key is encrypted in your browser and you are responsible for your recovery phrase or private key. They are separate wallets with different addresses and features.

Who controls my wallet key?

SOLKEEP holds your wallet key in encrypted form and uses it to sign eligible transactions you request. This is a custodial wallet, so access depends on both your sign-in account and the service.

Do I need a recovery phrase?

No. Keyless does not give you a recovery phrase to save. Your account is used to access the wallet, and the wallet key cannot be exported.

What happens if I lose access to my sign-in account?

You need access to the account you used to sign in. Use its account recovery options and contact us if you need help. A recovery phrase cannot restore a Keyless wallet.

Can I import or export a wallet?

Keyless creates a separate wallet for your account. It does not import a recovery phrase or private key, and its key cannot be exported. To move supported assets between wallets, send them to the receiving wallet address and check the details before confirming.

What can I do with my wallet?

You can view Solana balances and activity, receive assets, send supported assets, swap tokens and schedule supported payments. Review the details and any limitations shown before confirming a transaction.

Which assets can I send or schedule?

The wallet supports SOL, USDC and USDT withdrawals and scheduled payments. Token availability for swaps can vary. Always check the asset and network before sending.

What does it cost?

Network fees apply to transactions. Swaps and scheduled payments may also have service fees or other costs. Review the quote and fee details shown before confirming, and keep enough SOL for network fees.

Can I cancel a transaction or scheduled payment?

A completed blockchain transaction cannot be reversed. A scheduled payment can be cancelled before it is sent if its terms allow cancellation; review those terms when creating it.

Can I use Studio or connect to other apps with Keyless?

Studio, payment links and connections to other apps are not currently part of Keyless. The main SOLKEEP wallet offers these features.

Does signing out delete my wallet?

No. Signing out does not delete your wallet. To close your Keyless account, first move your funds out and contact us.

How can I protect my account?

Protect your sign-in account with a strong password and two-step verification where available. Check addresses and transaction details carefully, and never share passwords or verification codes.

What information does Keyless use?

Keyless uses account profile information and sign-in session details to provide access. Blockchain transactions and wallet addresses are public. The privacy policy explains what information is stored and where it goes.
