Privacy policy
How SOLKEEP Keyless uses your information and keeps your wallet available.
Last updated: 30 October 2026
Your account and wallet
Keyless is a custodial wallet. You sign in with your Google account, and Google shares your name, email address and profile picture with SOLKEEP. We store these details and information about your sign-in sessions, including your IP address and browser details, with our hosting provider.
SOLKEEP holds your wallet key in encrypted form and uses it to approve eligible transactions you request. Keyless does not provide a recovery phrase or an option to export the key. Access to your wallet depends on your sign-in account and the service.
Wallet activity and service providers
To show your balances and activity, prepare transactions and provide quotes, we share relevant public wallet addresses, asset details, amounts and transaction information with our Solana RPC provider and swap and token data providers. Transactions and wallet addresses on Solana are public and cannot be erased by signing out or closing your account.
Scheduled payments are public on Solana, including their amount, recipient, send time and cancellation terms. We read this information to show and manage payments.
Your browser contacts Coinbase Exchange directly for the SOL price. Coinbase receives ordinary connection information such as your IP address. If you follow a link to another service, that service handles your information under its own policy.
Browser storage and usage information
Keyless uses browser storage and sign-in cookies to help you use the wallet and remember some preferences. Our hosting provider may receive information about requests to the site, such as your IP address, browser details and request time.
When enabled, Google Analytics helps us understand how the site is used. It may use cookies and collect page views, browser and device information. We also record limited activity events, such as a completed swap or withdrawal, without including wallet addresses, amounts or keys in those events. You can manage cookies or block analytics requests in your browser. See Google's privacy policy for more information.
Signing out or closing your account
Signing out does not delete your wallet. To request account closure, move your funds out first and contact us at hello@solkeep.app. Public blockchain activity remains visible after an account is closed. Providers may retain service records under their own policies.
Prefer to hold your own keys?
The SOLKEEP self-custody wallet is a separate wallet where you control your keys and are responsible for your own backup. Read its privacy policy to learn how it handles information.
